You, Me, God, & the Sojourner
“Love the sojourners… for you were sojourners” (Deut. 10:19). As much as we’d like to believe we’ve ‘arrived’ in life, God places the experience of journey, wilderness wandering, and liminal spaces at the heart of our theology and ethics. Where do we find God when we haven’t yet arrived at home? What does it mean to be a community hospitable to travelers?
